Description
Les Clavicules de R. Salomon traduites exactement du texte Hébreux en François. Le tout enriche d'un grand nombre de figures mystérieuses, de talismans, de pentacles, cercles, canderies et caractères. Illustrated with numerous carefully executed pen-drawn coloured magical figures, talismans, sigils, etc., with small coloured vignettes and tail-pieces. A number of the illustrations are incomplete. Calligraphically written in imitation print, possibly by J. S. Fyot 'Écrivain' who was the scribe in 1796, of the two volumes of the works of Pseudo-Solomon [& others] [MSS. 4669, 4670].
