"A zine about coping with mental illness and difficult emotions. This is a new and improved version of an older zine. I have made a list of 100 things to do which may help you when you're struggling and they cover a whole range of different types of activity (some grounding, mindfulness as well as simple fun distractions). I do not mention any specific disorder or emotions but this could be helpful for managing intrusive thoughts, self-harm, stress and any strong difficult emotion. Because it isn't specific, you can hopefully use these distractions for whatever you need (+ there are so many so at least some will work!!!!)."--From zinester's website.
