Theatre Royal, Drury-Lane. Monday, April 7, 1794. The performance of Plays, in this Theatre, is unavoidably postponed on account of the extent of the Preparations for compleating the scenery and machinery, in a Style suitable to the Theatre. But at the Request of Numbers of Ladies and Gentlemen, who have hitherto been disappointed of Places, there will be, this week, four performances of Grand Selections of Music, and Oratorios, Viz. On Wednesday, a grand selection of sacred music. On Thursday. (by particular desire) redemption a sacred Oratorio, Selected from the Great and Favourite Works of Handel. The particulars of the above performances, and of those for Friday, and Saturday. Will be duly Advertised. After Saturday the Theatre will close till Compleat for Dramatic Representations. Places to be had of Mr. Fosbrook, at the Office in Little Russel-Street.
