About this work

Description

"This is a short, mini zine about why you need to keep going. It is an honest talk about coping with the most overwhelming feelings and about suicide. basically i made this over a few days recently that were really, really difficult for me. writing this down helped to keep me safe and i wanted to share it with others in case it can help them too. it mainly explains a way of viewing yourself, your body and suicidal thoughts that helps me remember that I'm still here but me because I still want to be. triggers are difficult and individual but i promise that I have tried as hard as possible to keep this safe and helpful and avoid anything harmful."--From zinester's website.
