The aquatint is by Johann Theodor Puttrich, 1793. It served as the basis for an engraving by Daniel Berger for Unzer in Königsberg in 1798. The engraving has 'Puttrich fecit' on a rock which is not present in the present aquatint. Another impression of the aquatint is recorded in Dresden--Gilman, op. cit.
