Pt. ii has separate t.p. dated 1658 'Four books of ... Lazarus Riverius. Containing five hundred and thirteen observations ... Unto which is added a fift [sic] book, being Select medicinal counsels of John Fernelius ... All Englished by Nicholas Culpeper' (Wing R1555). These five books are numbered xviii-xxii; bk. xxiii is 'Additions of observations' and bk xxiv the 'Physical dictionary' (bound after prelims. of pt. i). Between pts. i and ii is title-label 'Culpepers large anatomy ... Culpepers five hundred, eighty nine observations ... of rare cures'.
