About this work

Description

Comprises a set of 3.5 inch floppy disks used by Sulston during his time as Director of the Sanger Centre to store his digital records. The files mostly relate to the running of the Sanger Centre, but some files concern other interests of Sulston's such as his C. elegans genome sequencing work, HUGO (the Human Genome Organisation) and the international side of the Human Genome Project. Some catalogue records are missing. These are records for digital files that failed appraisal and have been removed.
