Lettering

Amoebic dysentery. Six weeks' duration. Lesions seen 3 c.m. above internal sphincter. Typical punched-out amoebic ulcer with haemorrhagic margin and reticulation of the mucosa. Entamoeba histolytica in faeces. Cured by E.B.I. and Yatren Lettering typewritten on label affixed to backing board
