Leprosy: electrotherapy

This is a leprosy patient receiving treatment with an electronic nerve stimulator. The electronic impulse results in muscle contraction. The treatment is designed to help the patient contract the muscle following tendon transfer surgery. See also images W0030958 and W0030959.
