Description
A plasterer is plastering a wall, and an idler is sitting on the plank of the plasterer's platform. The plasterer tips the idler off the plank into a cistern of wet plaster. The idler holds the plasterer by the leg and pulls him into the cistern too. A policeman arrives from behind the wall and marches both of them off
