Abrégé d'anatomie accommodé aux arts de peinture et de sculpture. Et mis dans un ordre nouveau ... Mis en lumière par François Tortebat ... à Paris chez le dit Tortebat ... MDCLXVII. Illustrated by 10 pen and wash full-page anatomical drawings. This copy contains only the three illustrations of the skeleton and the first seven 'Tables' of the complete work. An inscription on the t.p. giving the name of the copyist has been struck through, and only the date 1727 is now legible.

1 volume 15 ll. folio. 43 × 26 cm. Modern half-vellum binding, made from part of a French legal document dated 1675. Slightly stained by damp.
