    The Inoculation of the Cow-Pock is to be conftantly praaifed. Let every man who does not bear the mark of the Small Pox, either by Inoculation, or otherwife, be fubjed to the trial of the Cow-Pock, if it has not been al- ready done. The Cow-Pock occafions no dis- turbance to the frame, or confinement from duty. When Cow-Pock matter is wanted, ap- plication may be made for it to this office. The Paymafter of the Regiment, by a late order from the War-Office, is allowed on any preffing occafion, tcJ-advance money on the Hofpital account, under the authority of the Commandmg Officer of the Regiment: and the Surgeon is monthly to depofit the furplus of his Hofpital fund, into the hands of the Paymafter, taking his receipt for the fame. Every Militia Surgeon before he quits his fituation muft make up his accounts from the laft half-yearly fettlement to the day on which he refigns; and muft tranfmit the fame to the Infpeaor-General, or he will be charged by the Paymafter to the whole amount of the un- certified expenditure.
