Every Member, at the time of his admission, shall have Letters Testi- monial under the Seal of the Corporation in this form: SCIANT OMNES, NOS A. B., Prasidentem Collegii Reg alts Medicoruvi Londinensis, una cum Censoribus, examindsse et approbdsse ornatissimum vimm, C. D., [m jloi-entissimd Academid Medicince Doctorem;] et cum consensu Socioruvi ejusdem Collegii, auctoritate nobis a Domino Rege et Parliamento commissd, ei concessisse lias Literas Testimoniales, In cujus rei fidem et testimonium, adjectis Censorum et Registrarii chirographis, sigillum nostrum commune prcesentibus apponi fecimus. Datis ex cedibus Collegii die mensis anno Domini millesimo octingentesimo . Censoribus, Registrano, N^.B.—This document shall be signed by the Member with his usual signatui-e, and by the Registrar, with the foUowing words :—Icertify that C. D., to whom these Letters Testimonial have been granted by the College, and whose Sif/nature is subjoined, has been duly admitted a Member of the College y Registrar. Member. XXIII. The Fee to be paid for admission as a Member of the CoUege shall be Thirty Gruineas. XXIV. The College List shall be considered as containing a correct list of all Fellows, Members, Extra-iirbem Licentiates, and Licentiates of the College, and it shall be incumbent on each one to ascertain that his name and residence are correctly entered thereon. XXV.
