Autograph medical report, signed, 4pp 4to, n.d. (probably after 1787), discussing the attacks "of Gouty Origin" experienced by Colonel Wilson and advising on diet and treatment: the Colonel is to give up opium and purgatives and instead is prescribed a perpetual blister at the nape of the neck.
