Description

Collection of pharmaceutical, medical, veterinary and culinary recipes, together with miscellaneous commonplaces, in various hands.

The book began as a record of pharmaceutical formulae (ff. 2-32 passim), later served as a cookery book (27-39 passim) and finally as a repository of commonplaces, including sketches, largely relating to the prehistory, archaeology and geology of Cornwall (22v.-105 passim).
