Description
Letter from Sir George Howard Darwin to Galton dated 30 November 1882. Darwin agrees to subscribe one guinea to the fund for the portrait of John Dalton Hooker, which was presented to the Royal Society by Galton on behalf of the Fellows in 1881.
Also a small photograph of Darwin, inscribed "George Darwin Jun / 82" on the reverse.
