Song sheet on one side ("A synchrophone production"), poster on the other, this was a supplement to the Spring 1945 issue of 'Safety training' magazine, published by RoSPA. The front has the words and music, the back just the words with a lot of cartoon ducks to brighten it up. The other side opens out to a 25 x 38 cm. poster comprising a large illustration by Harry Rowntree of a family of white rabbits (1 'parent', 10 'children') about to cross a road. It is raining and 2 of them have already crossed , their umbrella blinding them to the oncoming motor cycle (ridden by a dog or fox) which is about to crash into them. The caption, "Look out!!" is in large orange capital letters above them.
