About this work

Description

Subhadrā is the sister of Krishna and Balarāma with whom she makes up the Jagannātha, and also the second wife of Arjuna. She was due to marry Duryodhana, but Arjuna carried her off at Krishna's suggestion and Balarāma eventually blessed their union
