    Peers, Church Dignitaries and Members of Parliament on becoming 9 Members shall be placed on the list of Vice-Presidents of tbe Association. The Association shall be governed by the Central Committee. The Central Committee shall consist of Twenty Members, elected annually by the Association. The President, Vice-Presidents, Treasurer, and Honorary Secre- taries, shall be ex officio Members of the Central Committee. ANNUAL AND OTHER MEETINGS. An Annual Meeting for the reception of the Pieport of the Central Committee shall be held in such place, and at such time, as may be appointed by the Committee. The Central Committee shall have the power of summoning a General Meeting of Members, on fourteen days’ notice, and at such time and place as it thinks fit. The Honorary Secretaries, on receiving a requisition signed by twenty Members, shall summon, at such time, being within thirty days, and at such place as they think fit, a General Meeting of the Members for the purposes stated in such requisition. Special Meetings shall be held in London, under the regulation of the Central Committee, for reading reports, and for discussion, on specific questions. RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERS. Every Ordinary Member shall have the right of attending and voting at the Meetings of the Association. Every Foreign Corresponding Member shall have all the rights of an Ordinary Member, except that of eligibility to the Central Committee. COMMITTEES. The Central Committee shall meet as often as may be deemed necessary. Special Committees may be appointed by the Association or by the
