Lepromatous leprosy (LL): type 2 (erythema nodosum leprosum, ENL) leprosy reaction This is a medium power view of a peripheral nerve from a patient with type 2 leprosy reaction. There is necrosis and infiltration by polymorphs, superimposed on collections of foamy macrophages. H&E stain.
