WATER SUPPLY An adequate supply of water has been maintained throughout the district. Quarterly bacteriological analyses have been taken, in all cases the results have been excellent. The samples were taken after chlorination, which is carried out as a precautionary measure only. No chemical analysis was taken during the year. Owing to the extreme hardness of the water there is no danger from dissolved lead. B. SEWERAGE AND SEWERAGE DISPOSAL A reasonably good effluent has been maintained throughout the year.](https://iiif.wellcomecollection.org/image/b30146008_0002.jp2/full/800%2C/0/default.jpg)
