Description

Dr. Raj Persaud visits Broadmoor Hospital which houses and rehabilitates many of Britain's most notorious offenders including Peter Sutcliffe, the 'Yorkshire Ripper.' He speaks to both staff and patients there and we are taken on a tour of the older Victorian wards and the new facilities which include an art therapy centre.
