In the foreground are two men, one of whom is shooting towards a group of three men on horseback. The two horseriders to the right appear to be shooting at each other, whilst the third, on the right, returns the fire of the man in the foreground. The man on the right in the foreground is holding a firearm which he appears to be reloading
