"Self-Identikit Workbook"

A collection of photographs with typed captions. Many of the photographs are of Keith himself, some are photocopies, family photographs and some collages with hand-written notes. Includes copies of two texts written by Keith.

Some captions appear to be missing, some sleeves are empty, and there are loose inserts which may or may not have been intended to be placed in the volume - this was how it was received from Keith.
