Description

Watercolour drawing of the right ventricle of a heart. There is great dilation of the right ventricle without much hypertrophy, a great increase in the calibre of the pulmonary artery, and an absence of one pulmonary valve, with the commencement of an aneurysm in the place where it should have been.
