Records relating to quinquennial reviews of the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL, formerly the Academic Unit of the Wellcome Institute for the History of Medicine. The reviews acted as retrospective assessments of the activities of the Unit, its staff and students across five-year periods, with the first quinquenial review taking place in December 1989.
