    Vlth To extra ordinary Courts. VIXth To the Ac¬ counts. [ 46 ] (which fhall likewife be figned by the faid four Gentlemen) which Book fhall be pro¬ duced to the next General Committee, or, if required, to any General Meeting. And that in cafe the Prefident, Treafurer, or other Governor and Guardian, in whole Cuftody the Keys are, fhall not attend, they fhall refpedtively deliver the Key to fuch Governor and Guardian as they fhall think fit *, provided fuch Governor and Guardian is not pofTefTed of another Key : And that if it fliould fo happen, that any Governor and Guardian is pofTefTed of a Key before, he fhall deliver the lait Key received to another Governor and Guardian who has none. When and as often as any Seven or more of the Governors and Guardians fhall ap¬ ply to the Prefident for the time being for the calling a General Meeting, fignilying in Writing figned by them the Reafon for the calling fuch Meeting, the faid Prefi¬ dent fhall thereupon call and appoint the fame to be held within the Space of Ten Days then next after, by directing Three Days Notice to be given in the Gazette, and any other publick News-paper, thereof, and the Caufe of fuch Meeting.
