    [ 4° ] That no Perfons fhall be then elefted, but fuch only as fhall be nominated to the General Meeting, to be held the firft Wed- tiefday after Chriftmas yearly, preceding the faid Day of E left ion : Or, That no Perfons fhall be elefted Go¬ vernors and Guardians of this Corporation, but fuch as fhall be nominated as proper Perfons to be elefted, by the Committee for tranfafting the Affairs of this Hofpital, to the General Meeting for the Eleftion of Governors and Guardians, and only in foch Number as the faid Committee fhall annually think fit to name; and that the faid Committee do take the Nomination of Governors and Guardians into Confi- deration, at the firft Meeting of the faid Committee, to be held in the Month of March yearly, previous to the General Meeting, to be held the firft Wednefday after Lady-day yearly.
