Right-hand side of the plate: Photograph of a drawing of John Haviland (1785-1851), professor of anatomy, seated with caption underneath. Both images were taken from Rolleston, Humphry Davy, Sir, Some medical aspects of old age: being the Linacre lecture, 1922, St. John's college, Cambridge; London : Macmillan, 1922.
