"A note on accessibility: When I was creating this zine it was important to me that it be accessible. For too often the folks who need herbal medicine the most have the least access to it. Many of the ingredients for the recipes included can be purchased at a grocery or dollar store. I also found inspiration from inexpensive zines and books (see back for list). My hope is that you use these recipes and perhaps put your own twist on them and share these remedies with a friend of family member."--[page 2].
