Description

A series of 62 miscellaneous prescriptions, without heading, following two blank folios (35, 36). Many of these are specific prescriptions, labelled "For Mrs.-" but no names are inserted. The sources of a few of the formulæ are stated, e.g. "Ungt. Basilicon. D:D: Read, M:D:" (fo. 41); "Cer. de Lapide Calaminari. D:D: Turner" (fo. 45); "Pasta ad Manus pro Rege Carole ordinata" (fo. 51); "Troch. Sydenham" (fo. 56 verso).
