While anorexia is known to inflict teenaged girls, this documentary looks at the world of housewives with eating disorders - it is thought that 2% of British women are bulimic. Jane has been hospitalised numerous times due to her anorexia and bulimia. Tracey is also bulimic while Zoe is struggling with anorexia. Georgia has a history of severe anorexia and following the birth of her third child is now dieting excessively to lose the pregnancy weight. She doesn't want to slip back into anorexia. All of them speak candidly about their struggles with eating and attempt to seek help for a brighter future.
