The new River head near Sadler's Wells, taken in the year 1795, from Corporation Row, Clerkenwell. ; J. Swaine del et fect.
Lettering continues: The house was then the official residence of the late Robert Mylne Esqre. F.R.S. Surveyor of the New River Company; Mr. Mylne was also Surveyor of St. Paul's Cathedral, & the architect of Blackfriars Bridge.
