A form of prayer, to be used in all churches and chapels throughout the Kingdom of England, Dominion of Wales, and town of Berwick upon Tweed: on Wednesday the fourth day of April, being the Fast-Day appointed by Proclamation, to be Observed in a most Solemn and Devout manner: for imploring the continuance of a blessing from almighty God upon Her Majesty, and Her allies, engaged in the present war: and for restoring and perpetuating peace, safety and prosperity to Her and Her Kingdom[s], and the nations and states in alliance with her; and Disappointing the Boundless Ambition of France.
