These letters have been catalogued alphabetically by name of correspondent, following the method used in the old list for this collection. However, they remain physically inside the collection of Galton Bequest books.

Ownership note

These letters were described in the original list for the Galton collection as "Forty letters and fifteen sets of notes by FG to be found in the Galton Bequest books in three bookcases housed in the Galton Laboratory, Univ. Coll. Lond.". The Galton Bequest books are a library of approximately seven hundred volumes which were formerly housed in the Galton Laboratory but have now been transferred to UCL Special Collections.
