Partial notes on the Wilson and Gainsborough families, remarking on their characters, noted achievements and employment, and health. The various relatives are referred to by the Ahnentafel system [e.g. "7, Mother's Mother"].

The notes were enclosed in brown paper, labelled "Catalogue"; ff 3r has been annotated "Keep as an example of how the pages were arranged", possibly in Karl Pearson's hand.
