The purpose of this film was to disseminate a report by the BMA in 1935 on the revised principles of treating fractures. The four principles the film would like to uphold in the care of the patient is segregation, continuity of supervision, after-care and unity of control. The film continues with the case histories starting with the end of Case 3 (a woman) and going on to Case 4 (a boy, perhaps around 6 or 7). X-rays and evidence of the boy's recovery are shown (he lifts a pitcher of water and he ties his shoe laces). Case 6 is quite detailed and features a pretty woman in her 30s who wears a hat when she is treated. Ends.) 1 segment.
