Copy 1. Six of the plates are hand-coloured. Vol. 1: with six contemporary pen and ink drawings of skull and neck anatomy tipped in on pages 464, 471, 481, 485, 496, and 512. Each volume has presentation book-label of Rev. John Hanbury, M.A. to Colwich Vicarage. Binding: 19th century marbled boards with brown calf spine and corners, spine has five raised bands and gilt tooling, with black leather label with gilt lettering.
