Description

Urethroscopes help diagnose and treat genito-urinary diseases. This early urethroscope incorporates a miniature light bulb. It also has a sophisticated optical system designed by Carl Zeiss of Jena. The company was a leading maker of optical instruments. It had built a reputation since 1846, particularly for making microscopes.
