Description

The historical peninsula of Constantinople seen from the tower of Galata, over the coast of Halic to that of Eminonu. The mosque of Sultan Ahmet and Sultan Beyazit are seen as well as many of other mosques and minarets of the ancient Istanbul. The houses and their roofs as well as some branch roads with a few figures of people around the Galata Tower are presented in detail by using the techniques of aquatint and etching
