About this work

Description

Advertising leaflet for Burdizzo's castrating pincers printed in black ink on green paper. One side shows a vet castrating a bullock which is being held by a farmhand with the title above and below. a testimonial from new South Wales is below that and the text is surrounded by a decorative border. The other side has a statement from the Pretorian Society for the prevention of cruelty to animals above which is what looks like a photo of a statuette of a soldier kneeling before his horse, the reins in his right hand.
