    SELF-SUPPORTING CHARITABLE AND PAROCHIAL DISPENSARIES. The following is an abstract of Mr, Smith’s Exposition of his Plan for the formation of Self- supporting, Charitable, and Parochial Dispensaries, and is published in pursuance of a Resolution passed at a Meeting, held at No. 32, Sackville- street, on Saturday, the 20th of March, 1830, the Right Hon. Lord Vernon, in the Chair.
