Description
In the first part if 1914, AB toured the West Indies and South America looking into public health and sanitary matters and tropical medicine issues. The material in the section includes the files kept [by Haslam, WBSR Secretary] in Balfour's absence and also Balfour's own notebooks and diary which he kept on the trip.
