Creator/production credits

Baur (op. cit.) suggests that the design (including 24 stages in its full version), which is a reworking of a series of 12 frontal physiognomies in the 1778 publication of the 'Fragmente', is much influenced by Petrus Camper's similar designs made in the intervening years
