The booklet mentioned above is a word-processed, spiral-bound booklet by John MacKeith dated December 1996, entitled "The MacKeith family in medical and health care", setting out the generations of the MacKeith family to have worked in medicine onwards from the brothers Donald (1815-1879) and William (1816-1872). The family tree is credited to Andrew MacKeith in 1990, but has been annotated to take account of subseqeunt events up to at least 2006.
