    SANITARY CONDITION OF THEATRES, MUSIC HALLS, ETC. As in previous years inspections have been made of public halls and cinemas in the Borough. PREVENTION OF DAMAGE BY PESTS ACT, 1949. The above Act came into operation on the 31st March, 1950.
