The Hospital hns to lament the death of the Eight Hon. the Lord Overstonc, who. during fifteen years, has been kind enough to occujiy the important ])osition of President of the Institution. The Hospital has been greatly indebted to Lord Overstonc, from time to time, for munificent bene- factions to Its funds. The Committee of MiuKigeineiit has siistuiucd a loss in the death of the Rev. Augustus A. liau'shawe, M.A., Vicar of Wormhill, who had been a Trustee and Member of the Committee during 12 years. Dr. Ilobertson has again been unanimously re-elected Chairman of the Loard of Tmstces and Committee of Management.
