Minutes of meetings, usually signed by the chairman.
Coopers appear to have been represented at some meetings by Mr Timson.
Most of the volume has not been used.
Hon Secretary noted inside front cover as being Mr W S Scott.
It is assumed that this volume of minutes was retained by Coopers because of the personal connection between those running the business and the Chamber of Commerce, as well as the links between the business and the local area in general.
