Imprint from STC. ESTC S116025 has Richard Jugge? but this cannot be correct as Richard Jugge died in 1577 and the business passed to his widow Joan who died in 1588.
This edition has A2v catchword "hard".
Second line of title begins "of". Variant: quire A in apparently another setting; second line of title begins "Of". STC also notes variant setting of quire K inner sheet.

Stevenson her book had out of Docter John Wintertons study at Grantham July the 3d. 1667 and in another hand 'Jo. Hanbury'.
