Files relating to visits made by Peter Williams (then Wellcome Trust Director) to the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva for meetings and conferences concerned with furthering medical research. During his directorship, Williams encouraged WHO to become active in tropical research and was involved in the development of the Tropical Diseases Research programme.
